The challenge
Sky Protect paired home insurance with smart-home technology — cameras, sensors and monitoring — and needed a mobile experience reliable enough to carry both, at the standard a brand of Sky's scale demands.
What we did
We built the app and led the mobile teams across both iOS and Android — from device onboarding and live camera feeds to the insurance journeys behind them — owning delivery from build-up through to store release.
