The challenge
ITV was replacing ITV Hub with ITVX — a new streaming service that had to launch big, carry live and on-demand for one of the UK's largest audiences, and keep them watching.
What we did
We worked across the ITVX apps — primarily iOS, alongside Android — shipping player and personalisation features with the migration care and performance discipline a service of that scale demands.
