The challenge
Indeed Flex connects workers with flexible shifts — searching, booking and instant pay all happen on mobile, so the app is the product. The booking journey had grown complex and was suppressing conversion.
What we did
Embedded with the Indeed Flex mobile team — primarily on iOS, alongside Android — we streamlined the shift search and booking flow, instrumented it properly and ran a structured experimentation programme.
