The challenge
Online shoppers convert when they can talk to someone who actually knows the product. HERO set out to put the in-store expert inside the online journey — live, at scale, for global retail brands.
What we did
We built iOS features across HERO's virtual shopping experience — live video, chat and product sharing between shoppers and in-store associates — for a platform used by major retail brands, later acquired by Klarna.
